USPS Optimized Logistics
Clients transport their specialized equipment directly to our lab using our corporate USPS account, optimizing both security and expense. Shipping fees typically range between $10 and $15 each way, contingent upon the specific insurance coverage required for your device. Every package is monitored and protected from departure to arrival. Following precision testing, return shipping is managed with the same rigorous commitment to safety.
Shipping Advantages
- Basic flat rate shipping is $9.85. The first $100 of insurance is free, and each additional $100 of insurance costs $0.95.
Payment & Logistics Terminal
Finalizing service fees is a critical component of our intake protocol. Program directors should review the following fiscal requirements to ensure timely hardware processing.
Pre-Service Remittance
Full upfront remittance is required for all diagnostic engagements. Laboratory accounts must be settled before we initiate calibration or arrange for secure return shipping. An invoice will be created for all required services, with secure online payment options available.
Academic & Institutional Purchase Orders
We accommodate official purchase orders from schools and municipalities. Note that all departmental accounts must be fully paid before equipment or certification data is released.
Billing Process
- Major credit cards are accepted via secure digital links or phone. Shipping costs run $10–$15 each way based on insurance. For example, the typical total for one laser is approximately $120–$130 ($100 fee + $20–$30 round-trip).
